A Weekend at Woking Palace
The Open Days at Woking Palace at the weekend were fairly well attended despite the weather.
Free honey tasting was popular and around 80 people had a spoonful. I know this because I count the dipping spoons. It is not an accurate figure mind, as some couples share a spoon and some others return for seconds! I hope everyone enjoyed themselves.
My thanks to the Friends of Woking Palace for inviting me again this year, putting up a tent for my bee display, carrying my heavy things in the rain and for putting on a splendid and informative event.
